Went to the California Dream Tour last Thursday and I was soooo excited! I think I still am. The traffic was insane though, went from Jakarta at about 4 pm, just us girls, me, Tiza, Cipoth and Naya Cipoth's cousin. Arrived at Sentul at about 6ish pm. Since the traffic was stuck, we got out of the car so that Cipoth's driver can go home and then we all got on an Ojek to the Convention Center. It's a rare yet priceless experience.
Bought matching shirts for my girls with an awfully cheap price, only 50k Rupiah, courtesy of this awesome seller by the name of Hehahehe in Kaskus.us, the official shirt cost 200k and the print was not good. We're 24 and wore matching shirt, not at all childish and we're no posers, we're just girls and girls just wanna have fun. Am I right am I right? What uuuup.
The concert was aweeesome, so colorful, mind blowing decoration and Katy has lots of cute outfits! They also have a storyline thru'out the whole concert. It's a journey to Candyland in a quest to find Kitty Purry, Katy's cat. It's like The Wizard of Oz meet Hansel and Gretel meet Alice in Wonderland. So wonderful!
ET is definitely my favorite song in the concert but The One That Got Away is truly heartbreaking. You can actually hear Katy's voice breaking when she sang the song, and her face is just so sad.
Katy is so funny, full of confident, a bit quirky and so beautiful! the guy who got a kiss from her in the concert is so lucky.
I lovee the cotton candy theme, the candy and sweets, the ginger bread men, the confetti, the colors, the endless laugh with my girls. Perfect.
When I watched Justin Timberlake's concert a few years ago, I think it was the best concert ever! But now, Katy definitely is on the top list!
